Front panels and mullions are manufactured from 1.2mm Zintec material and finished in polyester powder paint, to an approved colour and gloss level. Unit dimensions can be configured to match your requirements, with panel heights from 150mm upwards and unit depths from 60mm. End caps and internal/external corners are available, similarly manufactured and finished.

Wall brackets are manufactured from 2.0mm Zintec with integral element supports. All parts are finished in matt black self etch paint.

Heating elements can be L.P.H.W. (hot water) or electric.

Grilles available include continuous punched aluminium, (with the option of a variable slide damper with rotary control) manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium and anodised AA5 as standard. These grilles can be supplied in a variety of anodised finishes or can be powder coated with your choice of standard RAL colour and gloss level.

Cable trays can be incorporated into the design to accomodate various services including computer cabling and mains power distribution with outlet sockets. Each cable tray comes complete with a return edge for cable retention, joining plates and earth-continuity joiners.

The options for inlet / outlet can be arranged to suit each individual project.

Air inlet can be through the bottom of the unit if the unit does not sit on the floor. If the unit is floor mounted a front inlet grille can be placed low down. Alternatively, some units we have manufactured draw their air from a floor or wall void.

Outlet grilles can be of the continuous punched type (as above) or, if more free air or a different look is required, a linear grille can be used (see Grilles). The continuous punched type grille is also available with adjustable damping.

There are three standard layouts of outlet: Top Grille Front Grille Sloping Top Grille
